Easy Returns & Support

AZU Sports accepts returns within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team for approval and return instructions.

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly.

Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Please note that clearance items and personalized products may not qualify for returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
